Hey guys,

Chris' birthday is next Sunday. Now that I got some good moolah from the Tex sale, any thoughts on gift/gifts for her?

I'm gonna take her to eat somewhere where you don't carry the food to your table on an orange plastic tray, but not sure what else I might get her.

I've made horrendous mistakes in the past by trying to buy her clothes/perfumey stuff. She isn't a girly-girl type.

She is a librarian, loves books, computer stuff, and Van's shoes.

Was thinking a signed First Edition of one of her favorite writers, but kinda having gift-giver's block.

Anybody?

Kitchen Aid Mixer.

Tryin' to get me killed?

One of the best gifts ever!

Serious.

The Kitchen Aid Mixer is my probably my wifes fav gift ever, and that includes thousands of dollars in jewelry etc.

Something that I keep hearing about lately from friends/family are those paint your own pottery places. Apparently its fun for those who go. The wife is going with a couple of
friends I think next month...

BTW - Thanks for the WJ card. :D

afternoon gentleman.

I logged in earlier but since I am off today the wife and I went to breakfast at the neighborhood dinner and then went to Sam's Club to look at 32" HDTV's for the bedroom. I bought a 42" Vizio HDTV their in 2008 and we now want HD in the bedroom.

the Pens lost 2-1 last night. so I went 1 and 1 on the weekend but I am very glad they won in Columbus. it would've sucked to drive 3 hours both ways if they lost.

Joe those Griffey Crusades are sweet. I am really looking forward to my first 2 Crusades arriving this week. can't wait for you to finish scanning and uploading all your Griffeys.

Art I hope your 2 big trades go through and 3,000 different Piazza cards is astounding.

Man I get sick and tired of people thinking they have valuable cards because the cards are 20 years old. Some guy just called saying he had a Larry Bird card "2 of a kind". I have no idea what that meant, but he lied to me and said he was offered $5000.00 for it.
