Decided to head south and hit up the goodwill down there. Picked up seven tshirts, a yankees vintage style hat, and two books. A signed copy of Romo - Bill Romanowski, and There and Back Again, signed by Sean Astin.

Hey guys, what are your opinions regarding old ps2 and xbox video games ie, madden, nba, mlb, etc... Any value for resale based on the player on the cover, or the game itself?

Not much value. Even when they are signed its a pretty niche market. I've seen Pujols signed game covers go for far less than a Pujols signed 8x10. Games are so over produced and its not hard to find cheap sealed copies of games on eBay. No real value in my opinion unless you are getting them for 2 dollars or so.

Astroburn, what size is that boys of summer shirt? That's a cool find.

Its an extra large. It was a neat find for sure. I saw it and figured it would be a great piece for someone, and new to boot!

the games i saw werent too special except for the bigs, with pujols on the cover. But they arent super cheap so i passed.

looks like everything is there except only 5 dice, all 44 cards and looks like all the pieces are there. only missing 1 top to one of the trays

The game only has 5 dice, 3 of one color and 2 of another color. Normally red and white.

Hardly any value. Most go for $1.50-$2.50.

Now, you could pick them up and try dealing them to sports collectors. To my knowledge, it's an untapped side of the hobby.

Still though, I don't think you would make all too much.

yeah, i could only see them being worth anything only to player collectors. If i can get em for under a buck, i may do it. But ive got enough invested in the rest of my stuff that i should work on that first.

Sports games for PS1 & newer are typically worthless, regardless of the player.

Nice Iverson jersey!
