IDK if it was stolen or not, never thought of it that way. Brewer went to college locally and the dealer claimed he bought someones collection who PC'd him because he was a local kid playing pro ball. There were a lot more of his '11 BC stuff I didn't buy, most base or refractors and a few #'d to 25 or 50.

Man, someone must have lost their semi- for Brewer. :-/

Same eBay name, or a 2nd name?

Different eBay name. First buyer had 51 feedback and second time they had 3 feedback. They're both Asian and after I googled the address it looks like an abandoned building in Hackensack. Looking at their feedback all they buy is little league baseball bats

So does taking "junk" out of a persons house and keeping it count as thrift storing?

What books? Sports related?

Got a request from a buyer this morning to cancel his winning bid, three days after it ended. Add that to the list of npb's this month. July has been a bad month for me and stupid bidders who dont finish what they start.

MrMet - AP means "Artist Proof". That's usually the first 10% or so of a total print run to make sure the prints are correct. Nice score!

That's pretty cool! I don't intend on keeping it, not a Sixers fan, anyone interested?

I bought an estate sale auction lot of Star trek toys. there were 34 unopened toys a dozen opened and about a dozen model air planes and cars. Paid 190 for the lot. Im looking at about 1000-1200 for everything(hopefully)

Maine of course......
Found a signed Reggie White biography today "In the Trenches," for $.79 at my local SA. Also signed by two others- Gary Bauer and Fred Barnes, both right-wing pro-lifers. Guessing they were all at a religious event.

Dust jacket not in great shape but Reggie's auto is in bold black sharpie.

I am up visiting my parents this week, and decided to help my dad out with his attempts at thrifting shirts like i do. The stores in his area have an average selling point of four bucks a shirt. But using promo days, certain color tags, and his senior discount, he managed to get these at half that and even more on a couple of items.

I really gotta try that instagram. I loaded it once and it looked so confusing. Not sure how i could get my stuff seen.

After a month, i finally started listing again. Listed 24 football items, and plan on listing the rest tomorrow.

Got my first "item" from a thrift store that I wouldn't mind selling.

I read this thread every time, and I frequent thrift stores weekly, but I am never brave enough to purchase something and hassle with selling it. I usually get books and ghings for my classroom, but always I see starter jackets, and Star Wars figures, and all this stuff, but I never pull the trigger. Saw this Trout Youth Large Jersey, "Majestic Genuine Merchandise" and figured its gotta be worth more than $2.50....right??
