Hey there, first time poster; just stumbled upon this website by accident but I'm stoked to find such a helpful resource!

I'm trying to finish off a Cleveland Indians 1996 regional team set, so I guess I'll kick it off with two (hopefully) easy ones...

1) Eric Plunk (former Indians' reliever)... would 9500 Pats Point Drive, Corona, California, 92883 (his lesson facilities) be a viable viable address?

2) Carlos (Obed) Baerga - last time I read anything about him he was some sort of spokesperson for mold awareness.

Thanks for address for Carlos! It's disappointing to here about Eric Plunk... granted I did call him "Plunk the Skunk" during his tenure with the Tribe (I was 13 at the time, so give me a break!), he and Paul Assemacher are the only two relievers I can recall by name other than Jose Mesa who was a stud at that time. I'm actually quite schocked to hear that a middle reliver would be so crass when it came to signing cards in the mail. Different strokes, I guess. I always thought he a stand-up guy when he was in Cleveland, although there's probably a reason I never ended up getting his signature.

Any chance you can pull something up for Julian Tavarez or Albert Belle? I know A.B. will more than likely not sign through the mail, but I have to try to complete my set, no?

Interestingly enough, in my opinion, I have the hardest to find guys in the set already (Lofton, Vizquel, Thome, Herbert Perry, Jim Poole, Paul Assemacher, Jose Mesa, etc.). I do have Denny Martinez left, but I hear he's a pitching coach for the Springfield Cardinals and I've had good luck with coaches in the past (waaaay in the past, like in the mid-90's which was the last time I sent anything TTM).

I checked Tavarez and he had a success from his home at the end of last year but no address was listed, and Albert is a no go TTM as you assumed. You might want to send to Denny Martinez now, he's had recent returns c/o Springfield Cardinals.

mainly a thrashers fan but since wedont have any good core players, I figure I'd root for a team that's a rival with the penguins with good core players like ovy. I started watching a few of thier games amd quickly became a fan. Amd I just started a PC of backstrom
