This article is nothing more than a conversation piece (if the right deal were offerred or an opportunity presented itself, all of the forementioned prospect's would be on the next bus to thier new residing zip code).

I do like the "cozy-feel" that it offer's us Montero investor's, but I'd be foolish to think this were anything more than what I previously stated (as EVERYONE in sport's has a price, No: If's, And's, or But's)!!
