thepit.com drop shipping problem?

Alright, so I had thepit.com drop ship a card for me, and the buyer says today he hasn't received the card.

So I look at the tracking, and it went to his town, and was deemed un-deliverable, and returned to thepit.com facilities.

This means I most likely mis-entered the address in the drop shipping form, correct?

Is there anyway to check the exact address that they shipped to? I can't figure it out.

I did email their customer service, but I don't know how well that'll go.

I have sent a few items (2 or so) that got sent to the correct town and for some reason got returned to me. I sent them again and there was no problem. As Bender said in Breakfast Club "It's an imperfect world. Screws fall out all the time."

Well, I contacted the CS, so do you think they'll send the item back to him, or ship it to me first? I've been having a lot of shipping delays lately, really sucks.

I think they'll resend it and you'll repay for shipping. Just my guess.
