Classy.

Tissue?

I though I was a foe? No?

There are too many idiots on eBay and they don't deserve to have the quality members take their time to correct another's error.
Every once and a while I like to peak at what a jerk you are and it amazes me how you dont disappoint.

i emailed seller, he said he will refund plus shipping costs back to him, how do i make sure he does? file claim on paypal first?

No need to file a paypal claim. You're protected here. You can always file a claim later if he doesn't refund you. I'm sure he will since he is a PowerSeller with 99.9% feedback. He wasn't trying to rip you off, he just made a simple mistake.

As for the guy who suggested stealing the card, you are a moron.

I'm one of the nicest guys on the planet. But I have a very short fuse when it comes to idiots and anything resembling one. There are some on this board, some on eBay, and many, many more in life...they get no patience or respect from me.

You are a non-prospecting, non-milb collecting, non-RC product buying fool that is in every Razor thread bashing away...it is no surprise you think I'm a jerk...I'm sure my tone at times was extremely harsh and I'm not sorry.

I agree...now you and 18 y/o in Boston gets to go out of your way to make sure some clown gets his 99 cent jersey card back.

To those crying about my just file a claim and keep the card comment...I guess I should have expanded to say that if the seller contacted me and said he'd send $$ to cover shipping costs then yes I'd walk a PWE out to the mailbox. I'm not a thief. I just don't deal well with idiots.

He said he'd pay to have it shipped back, so I'd ship it back.

I'm sure you didn't know you were bidding on the chance to have to baby sit an idiot seller.

If you are going to stalk another man do it right, I have 3 cases of 2007 chrome draft right here in my house along with over 500 prospect cards which I am holding to sell. But you know it all, please continue to tell me things about myself that you are keeping track of its kind of creepy.

How could I keep track??? I just figured you didn't do anything with prospect stuff because of your lack of knowledge on the subject

At this point you need to file the claim. The seller is obviously not intending to issue a refund. If this was a condition issue, I'd kind of see his point. But he sent the wrong card. It doesn't matter if you send it back shredded, he made the mistake and should make it right. File with PayPal.

As for Adam, I find it funny that someone with a link to iamsecond.com in their sig would promote theft.

Therion,

good point. Seriously. I shouldn't be so harsh and quick to simply blow off an idiot. But, like I've stated, I would walk a PWE out to the mailbox for the seller, but nothing more.

I'll try to calm down.

I'm not keeping track of anything. I simply figured that anyone who asks stupid questions over and over, must know very little about the topic at hand.

But what do I know, I steal baseball cards.

I'm in a bad mood and bored...entertainment comes cheap on this board at times.

No worries, that's the same reason I am enjoying this thread. Between you and whoever else doing the internet fight thing and the OP needing to ask every "what if" scenario when he should give the seller time to make the situation right, it's freaking hilarious. I am almost sad I have to run out now and will miss the rest of this thread. But I will check it later when its been locked. Carry on fellas
