These case/box breaks - Proper procedure

As a complete newbie here I find these group breaks you do fantastic. I'm wondering if there are set guidelines for carrying out a legitimate break? How hard is it to set up one of these things? Is a webcam all you would need? Are the breaks actually done live, when it actually happens? If so how does that work?

It looks like alot of fun & a chance for people to really do well with a meager amount of $ invested. Definately something I would consider doing in the future, if the interest was there. Do people arrange these breaks prior to products being released, then have a release "break party"?

i'd start with the second part of the first post here if you haven't seen it:

and then ask a mod about any further details. I know you have to record the entire break either via ustream or just offline, then upload to youtube in pieces.
