Just wondering if there is anything I should know before I get it. I am thinking about getting the monthly subscription to try it out.

You should know that it's awesome. I'd let you borrow my user ID to test it out, but I tried to let MU Chuckwagon and apparently it didn't work.

Any Bugs? Worth getting Premium?

What are those? I live in Wisconsin and am getting it to watch Braves games, will they affect me?

True. I live in Ohio, so I get blacked out when the Braves are playing the Reds, Indians, and Pirates. The Pirates crack me up because Pittsburgh is 4 hours away and there is absolutely no channel locally that airs Pirate games.

Most likely when the Braves play the Brewers and (maybe) the Twins. Can't be more than 12 games a year, max.

When they play the Brewers its on FSN so I don't really care.

Then it's perfect for you! Wire your computer to the TV and you'll never know the difference. I've subscribed to MLB Extra Innings for years also (cable TV version of MLBtv) and I actually like MLBtv better because you can pick which broadcast you watch. Since I can't stand most announcers, I always get to watch/listen to Joe, Chip, Don, and Jon!
