Hey everyone, I recently started collecting baseball cards again (reason I signed up here) anyways watching some preseason football and seeing rookies like RGIII and Luck somehow makes me want to start collecting football cards. I was browsing around and thought I'd start out with a 2012 Topps Finest Hobby Box, what do you guys think? Any suggestions?

Fun rip but if you are looking for cards to hold value I would wait for some later products. Topps Chrome should be the first one

I decided to start out with a hobby box of 2012 Panini Rookies and Stars, figured that'd make a decent start, plus attractive cards help.

Finest is a rough break this year, busted 10 cases this weekend and it was brutal. That said I have seen some awesome hits from single boxes bought at LCS's. The design is beautiful too.

Yeah, like Vince said, it's looking like it's reaaally tough to pull the "Big" rookies from Finest, R&S should be a fun rip with a much better shot at one of the better rookies...

Finest is horrible two cases I saw as a group break was atrocious. And this guy said 10?! Ouch...
