So you just pick and choose from Griff/Zimm then...You arent trying to complete a print run or get all of the base etc.

i plan on picking some of those up in the offseason when the prices go down. The set just released so im sure the prices will go down.

Yup. I pretty much pick and choose. The base is pretty much covered as I have a few nice folks on here that hook me up with the base copies from different products. The inserts/gu/autos are where I get really picky. For instance, I saw some nice Zimmy stuff at the National but didn't pick anything up except two cards. One was from 07 Exquisite and was a Game Debut auto #'d 5/5. It was a nice looking card and while it was a sticker auto, it was stilll pretty clean. The other was a jersey auto from Spectrum. I didn't have that in my collection and for the price I said why not.
As for Griffey, I love the older inserts of him from the early to mid 90's. I am still looking for a nice 89 Upper Deck to add to my PC. I would love to find a nice Mariners patch card or something with some color. And for autos, I'm not too picky. I would love to get some autos of him that depict him in his Mariners uni.
