There isn't even an argument that can be made about that being legit. Oh well, who needs integrity when you can have money?

This type of situation is what freaks me out about super rare Albert Belle cards falling into the wrong hands. Another reason I wouldn't be upset if Topps stopped adding Belle to new products because I am sick of the guessing game or worrying about being had in a deal.

You think it's the same consigner using different eBay names ( two different names won the first two auctions) or do you think people bought it and then just reconsigned it to him?

Also would a way to prevent this be having the consignor list the eBay name of the person giving the consignor the product? Just spitballing how Probstein and other could prevent this ( not that they may even want to)?

Thanks,
Jeff

The guy who won #2 is now leading #3 .

Is there any other seller that after getting shafted on a payment, would then let the same guy bid on the same card again? Let alone not block a guy with 600 retractions in six months after doing that?

I know all the people will come in and say it isn't his fault it is the consigners. Or he is so friendly at the National. Or, this one time eight years ago I got a card from him for $5 less than current market BS. Best case scenario he is guilty by complicity, but the more stuff I see like this I'm going with the worst case scenario.

Didn't see that---that's makes it pretty clear I would say, especially the 600 retractions.

Thanks,
Jeff
