I guess there's more of a following for the base set, but that's still quite a disparity. I feel like I wasted my time organizing the Sepia lot and listing it :(

If I had to take a guess, I'd say that the people who bid on the first one were bidding to buy both lots and save on shipping. When most of them lost out on the first lot, they didn't bid on the second because of the shipping costs.

Or, I could be totally wrong.

No that can't be it because I put no shipping discount in both of the descriptions (since they are already packed away in 400 ct boxes ready to ship by themselves, and I'm too lazy to put both into a bigger box had one buyer won it). But now that you mention it, that might have cost me a few bids on the second listing.
