This is the worst fake Griffey Jr autograph I have ever seen.

Came across these "autographed" cards while searching for a late 90's Griffey auto.

There is always a chance it is someone essentially clueless who stumbled upon them and think they have the real deal. One day I was bored and took a stack of 87 TopPs and just started signing the cards in a black sharpie. I didn't try to make the signatures look like an authentic signature. I didn't even check how their actual signatures looked. I signed them the way I would if it were my name.

I thought about what might happen if I put them in a box, forgot about them and then had someone unknowingly find them later. I tossed them out a little later, but you do see stuff like that from time to time. More so from the 70s and earlier, because kids just did that with their cards then.
