Thought I lost a $600 card today (Betances Super w/scan)

Just bought the Betances Super Auto. DC said it was delivered yesterday but, I never got it. I checked with the PO and mailman today and he had no knowledge of putting it in my mailbox.

I checked my mail yesterday and today and nothing...so i decide to check my trash can outside and what do you know....The Betances Super is still in the envelope (with some oatmeal on it)...luckily the card was not harmed because it was raining outside.

Anyone this it is worth grading? Center is probably a 9?

no i checked the mail yesterday and it wasn't in there.

it must have fallen out of the box and a neighbor threw it out? idk

If I'm not mistaken, PayPal would have protected you had you filed a claim since there was no signature confirmation on a purchase for that amount.
