Thoughts on Karsten Whitson?

Bought a bunch of his stuff two years ago, sat on most of it...sold a bit off. What's his outlook? He was a little disappointing last year if memory serves...still a first round talent? Thanks for any replies.

Purke still is not a "bust". He is very young still. He was drafted as a sophomore. That being said, he does need to get his stuff together this year, and show the dominance he did at TCU his freshman year. But it is hard to pass up a fast ball like his.

Never invest in a Florida Gator, especially a pitcher. The way they shuffle guys around is crazy. Whitson made a pretty bad choice in not signing in 2010 for $2.1 mm.

The coaching staff doesn't care about your profits.

Zunino is the only exception in recent years.
