Thoughts on this CRAZY Lawrie /139?

Seems like a crazy patch for a card /139, but what do I know.
MLB serial checks out though..

I'd probably say real. Firstly, this set had a ton of nice prospect patches, I've seen several on here. Secondly, here is another example of a card with a similar patch, and this one is /199 :

Also, if the serial # matches up I don't see any reason for it to be fake. Real or fake I do know one thing for sure, it is not worth even a third of that asking price.

If I didn't hate Topps I'd try to jump on that to bolster my Canadian collection.
I have 1 other card which features the MLB holo from a WBC game
