I'm going to list more than three because I could see all of these happening, but they ARE bold:

Alex Gordon has a 30-30 season and finishes in the top 3 in AL MVP voting
A.J. Burnett has 225 K's
Scott Baker wins the AL Cy Young with an 19-4 2.45 season
The Cardinals finish in 4th place behind Cincinnati, Milwaukee, and Pittsburgh
Matt Wieters is the starting catcher for the AL in the All-Star game
Michael Cuddyer finishes in the top 5 in NL MVP voting
Dee Gordon will steal 70 bases
5 teams from the AL will make the playoffs and the Yankees will NOT be one of them.
5 teams from the NL will make the playoffs and the Nationals WILL be one of them.
The Royals take the AL Central (which is more bold this one or Burnett's?)
There will not be any no-hitters thrown this year.

I might come up with more later.
Agree with the bolded ones

1. Mat Gamel has more HRs than Prince Fielder
2. Gallardo wins the Cy Young AND leads the league in Ks
3. Reds choke HARD and finish waaaay behind STL and MIL (and the entire NL central will suck besides)

Edit: my last one sucked and wasn't too bold, so-

4. Nori Aoki displaces Nyjer Morgan and Carlos Gomez by May and then goes on to hit .340+

To me, this one isn't even that bold. If he stays healthy, I believe those numbers are very attainable and I expect him to be the #1 catcher in baseball within the next two years.

And although I don't expect it to happen, I sure hope your prediction in regards to Garza comes true ;)

Personally, I agree 100%, but based off of last years numbers, it would be a very large jump. I think he will put up the best numbers of any catcher in baseball this year.

1. Starlin Castro flirts with .400 most of the season.
2. Mike Stanton will hit 30 HRs before the All-Star break.
3. Eric Hosmer will be playing back in Omaha before June.

I have more, but my Magic 8-Ball only wants me to share those.

All 3 are a complete joke.

Bold doesn't mean rediculous. There are some funny predictions here, but the OP did say bold!

With that in mind, I'll drop a few:

Adam Wainwright wins Comeback Player of the Year.
There will be a 100 win team this year.
There will be a 100 loss team this year.
Prince Fielder, Albert Pujols and Matt Kemp all lose a lot of time on the DL. A LOT.

Jose Bautista hit 30 in the second half in 2010 and 31 in the first half in 2011. Stanton has arguably the most raw power in the league. I think it is a perfectly fine bold prediction.

For mine:

1. Justin Upton goes .320/40/120 and wins NL MVP
2. Bryce Harper comes up to the bigs in June and is sent back down for more seasoning.
3. Stephen Strasburg racks up 275 strikeouts.
