Re: Thumbnail Poker Challenge (Koufax/Ryan Auto Ball): Round 1d

Round 1 is complete.

Round 2 will be posted in the next day or two.

Category: Career Wins

Good luck to the "Sweet 16".

NOTE: I finally worked out how the final showdown will play out:

The final contestant will select from the 35 previously dealt "hands" for both themselves and me.

The hands will be renamed in random order.

The contestant must then decide which section of each hand they would like for both of us. Each section must be used, and a different card must be used for each section:

1. Top Row
2. Bottom Row

Example:

Hand 4, Top Row
Hand 11, Bottom Row

vs.

Hand 2, Top Row
Hand 5, Bottom Row

If their hand beats mine, they win the signed ball.

Just a little twist to add some excitement to the final showdown.

I had no idea how this whole thing worked but saw I was eliminated before I knew it started.
Good luck to those that are still in it.

Sorry folks, I've decided to cancel this contest. I was away on holiday for awhile, and when I got back, I realized just how tedious/confusing/boring the whole format was (and this is coming from a guy who loves to create wacky contests).

Anyway, my sincerest apologies to those who entered, but I do have good news: the signed ball is still available for another contest in the near future (either Boxscore Bingo or the Game Score Contest). I also have a couple of triple signed cards up for grabs as "consolation" prizes.

Stay tuned and thanks for your patience/understanding.
