Morning all! Not much going on around here. Still sitting and waiting for an auditor to walk through our doors one of these days. Supposedly, they aren't allowed to travel on the weekends, and they spend 1.5 days on site, so that eliminates Mondays and Fridays.
Why are you getting audited?

Food safety audit that our foreign customers like us to have. We have to do it to keep up our certification. A lot of it is busy work anyways. Every 3 years, the audit has to be done "at random." And random means they give us a 90 day window that they can show up. Our other 2 facilities had the random audit the last 2 years, and both times they showed up the very first day of the audit window.
