Morning all, work again, supposed to be even hotter today

I had emergency surgery on my bowels yesterday at 2:30pm. It was supposed to be August 3rd. The dr moved it up since I was already in here. 4 1/2 hours to remove scar tissue. That will all grow back over time. I've been dealing with it all since 2002. All the complications just got too much. Just lots of pain. The pain meds are powerful. The nuses all know me from the all the times that I've been throgh this.

Another 11 hour shift today. VERY hot outside, projected temp is 101, which means we'll prob be slow, which makes a long day even longer.

At least I rarely have to go outside.

I can't imagine working outside on days like this...

Last workday of the week. Probably go to Fun House pizza tomorrow. One of the two best pizza places in KC. They are about a mile apart.

Fun House pizza has been open for 58 years last February. Expensive but worth it.
