The way I read it is that they have exclusives on him for Draft Pick sets.
I think UD can still use him in their products (not UD Draft though.)
Great move by Press Pass because IMO the cards with him in the Gators Jersey will be the only one worth anything down the road.

All companies will be able to use tebow in their products licensed by the NFL, as there are no NFL exclusives per the NFLPA. As much as I would like tebow to be out of all of the NFL products this year, he wont be. I believe he will still be able to be used in Draft as well because of how the product is licensed.

This is a waste of time, and I couldnt care less whether Tebow is in press pass and sage or just press pass. File this one under "we paid thousands to have a fourth round pick exclusive to our one set."

I am not a big Tebow fan myself, but I would rather pull his on card autos in Press Pass than the crappy stickers that Sage puts out.
It will not suprise me to see his Press Pass autos outsell his other RC's this year.

Well, Upper Deck said it won't affect their products, so I would assume something similar with Pannini

With the very respectable numbers Tebow put up at the combine, even if he falters as a QB, he'll stick somewhere.
