Agreed, and so is a college degree, some people value it more than others. I for one would not have a child out of wedlock, but I know, that's me.

What's your issue? How is his decision to not want to have a child out of wedlock judging other people? It's HIS personal decision for personal reasons.

Congrats. I would highly consider the timing of the wedding like others have said. Unless the wedding will be right after the proposal, I would at least wait until baseball season. Maybe he has a decent start to the season and the collection can gain 20% from what it would be at right now.

I would also probably sell it off it chunks. Start with the stuff you have doubles of, then stuff you can live with letting go then the last of it. Plus, you don't want to flood the market all at once.
