There's always Topps Debut and I presume eventually Debut Chrome. There's no way MLBPA likes Bowman, perhaps they can leverage Topps...who knows.

If they were truly concerned, they wouldn't license Topps cards (I don't know if they could do that)...where would that leave Topps? Pics of uniforms and stadiums?

Protecting their 'sovereignty' may be worth more than whatever amount they're getting specifically for Bowman. Topps of course, and the other products would still be there for them to collect fees. What the MLBPA gets from Bowman probably doesn't even equal to a signing bonus for many of their players.

As of right now there will not be Debut Chrome according to my sources, you can stop bringing it up over and over.
