I was thinking about it. Lebron's prices seem to be pretty high at the moment. I realize he has a good chance of winning a championship, but what do you guys think? I have this Lebron and am thinking about selling.

Also do you guys think it is time to buy Wade? He's putting up great numbers and his team just landed O'Neal. The chance he wins another championship are slim, but they should be in the playoffs. A Wade 2 Color Exquisite Auto /99 got $1500. To me that seems like a very good price. Do you think I should sell my Lebron and use the money to help me go after a Wade Exquisite? Any other thoughts? Thanks in advance!!

I use to own a LeBron 03-04 SP Authentic Gold Auto RC /25 and sold it way to early. I use to own 6 '03-04 Bowman Chrome Refractor Wade RC's /50 and sold way to early. So i'm not gonna give you any advice.

The only thing you have to factor in, is hobby potential. Lebron might win a championship, While Wade IMO is in the same class as him, he has zero chance to win a championship. He just doesn't have the team yet. I also think people are scared because wade gets hurt so much. I would sell lebron come playoff time(maybe 1st-2nd round in case he gets beat down the line).

I wa thinking of posting this topic this morning believe it or not. I don't know if Lebron's prices can amount too much more....except if he wins a championship. I would hold for the time being and wait to see what happens with the Amare trade. If he somehow ends up in Cleveland.....watch out.

As for D Wade....I feel his prices are very low right now. I don't think you will hurt yourself at these prices.

I really like Beasley the second half of the season. He's starting to come into his own, and is getting the right direction from Wade and the coaching staff.

Just my 2 cents ;)

Wade is not even the lowest he's ever been, see pre-Olympics, guy was selling for the same prices as average players.

Wow, i haven't followed Wade Exquisite prices in a long, long time. Had no idea his exquisite was down to $1500, i remember when that was a $5500 card after he won the finals.

the time to buy wade cards were the end of last season...his cards were half what they were now..

as for lebron, the card you showed would sell for so much more after a championship, mvp, and mainly a BETTER ECONOMY..cards have never sold as low as they are now so it is not the time to sell anything.

Considering there is pretty much zero chance that Lebron won't go down as the most prolific scorer in NBA history... I don't think he'll ever be going down. That is like thinking if Kobe doesn't win another title his stuff will go down.

IMO Lebron is becoming the face of the league if not already there and lets be honest, Kobe does not have many more years left, he has basketball left in him (Obviously) but he is only getting older and has reached his potiential. Once Kobe is completely out of the picture Lebron will at that point completly take over the league and I honestly see his stuff getting even higher. Lebron is just getting started. I keep telling myself that the Celts have one more in them but everytime I watch Lebron play I have to keep reminding myself  . I would say Hold Lebron and Yes buy wade!

There are things that can make a player go down. Legal troubles(see Kobe he went from his highest point to the lowest point back to decent, his cards used to sell for 1.5-2x what they go now during his peak). Injury, if lebron suffers a major injury I think he will go down. Other than that He won't slip unless he starts sucking.
