to cut or not?

i have had this mays for some time now long story short the guy shipped it terrible! should i just cut the auto out or just leave it be



and for those wondering how it got screwed up here is the package after i opened it
the mailer is full of broken glass

Why would he ship it in a glass frame? lol

at the least send it between two pieces of cardboard with nothing else.

still a cool piece I say keep it as is.
