Tonight I went to hit with Chris Heisey, of the Reds. It was a great session, and afterwards I told him I picked up an auto of his, and how he was going for good money. He himself was a collector as a kid, so he was all smiles the whole conversation.
He was going on about this camp he attended this past week where 3 prospects from each team attend. This "camp" is dedicated to preparing the prospects for what the big league life will be like. He said he had a blast. He said he played competitive ping-pong with Jason Heyward alot.
He then told me the whole ordeal about him signing 2,100 Cards for $1 each with a Topps Rep while in Arizona. He said "$1000 bucks/hourcant beat it!"
He then told me to come into his office and gave to me a bat that he just cracked today. I was blown away. And probably looked like a complete idiot looking at him LOL.
Well long and behold, here it is!
