I purchased a Ryan Howard and Johan Santana jersey cards from tonyrios on January 6th... i have not recieved any shipping conformation. Also i have sent NUMEROUS pms asking if he shipped yet and he continues to ignore them... he hasnt been on since the 29th but there were pms before that...HELP!
