How did I do on this one as the buyer?

That seems like a decent price considering his current mega popularity. There's a risk in that pitchers fall faster than hitters with just one bad game, but i like the guts to buy it :)

What's the project? Please dont tell me you're gonna cut it up :)

Just please dont cut that up.

Hell no... As of January 2009, we do NOT cut up cards EVER!
It is going in a product similar to Legend of the Diamond but featuring only rookies from all 4 sports 1948-present.

We have had some interesting developments thus far in 2010. With respect to baseball, some information about our future plans should come around the national.
I do expect to be announcing some KILLER new licensed products imminently.

Hmmmm, I know its the lowest #d auto from 08 Sweet Spot and the quality of the leather they used is real nice and those silver pens wont bleed and blur like ink does with time. There is alot to take into consideration with Sweet Spot autos, and this one passes all the tests for longevity's sake. I'd say pretty nice eye appeal too. By the way the Super was pulled out of a case from a dealer I bought alot of Legends of the Diamond boxes! For the record I'd still rather have my PSA '61 Koufax I got!

I wouldn't say you did bad at all. Considering the Bowman base are going around $450-$500 with a print run /500 yours is a VERY NICE print run /12 and the black stitching with the silver auto is a little better IMO. I'm pretty eager to see what project you have going on  One thing to keep in mind is keep that baby out of the UV light and other light as much as you can...those typically tend to fade VERY fast.

Thanks!!

What are your plans for it? Average buy.

Agreed. You bought while prices were near their peak. Not to mention, the auto will be faded in a few months anyway.

But, since your putting this in a product, it doesn't really matter because you'll make money anyway.

PS - Good call on giving freebies for opinions. You're bound to get a few pages worth now.

Happy not a cut up
Hard to tell if a good buy
Guess the future will tell
If you are pleased with purchase, that's what really matters
What would go sweet with that is a /25 Bryce Harper auto

100% agree. Ive seen the miserable faded sweet spot cards that are out in the marketplace.

That card puts the "sweet" in "Sweet Spot". It's definitely a nice pickup for any project...especially with the little tidbit you dropped about it.

I dont know about just buying it to put it in your product. Seems kinda dumb to me if that is the idea. Stras already has chase cards and they are all in Topps products, no need to buy this just to spice up yours, especially when there are 11 other ones out there that can be had.

Agreed. This whole "put cards from other products in my product" is getting repetitive. It isn't original and I think you're tarnishing your name.

Whatever makes money I guess.

I'd just figure a way to get Stras directly on your cards. I know you made a big deal about Wieters on your cards but Stras is a completely different level. (More) people actually would care if you got him to sign directly on a Razor produced card.
