Wow some great additions I had missed! Question though, is the 1997 Pinnacle Mint Solid Silver Coins serialed number to 20 or is it a stated print run of 20 or one of those "1 of 20" designators?

Your additions pushed the list to Top 25...so many Pacific serial sets. If the 1997 Pinnacle Sold Silver is indeed a individual serial numbered set I'll have to add it to the list and pushed the beloved 24kt off the Top 25.

Also does anyone have a picture of a the 1999 Pacific Invincible Giants of the Game or Pinnacle Mint Solid Silver (front/back photo)?

I believe the Silver coin is one of those stated print runs, with no indication on the actual card, other than the words "fine silver". I have a Manny Ramirez, not sure if it is a 97 or 98 though. I'll dig it out when I get home to be sure.

Yeah, it's funny how many of the low serial numbered cards are Pacific brand, haha! And at least the 24KT card still makes honorable mention :)

Not surprisingly, I can't help with a picture of a Giants of the Game card, haha.

I have quite a few more Helton 1999 Topps Tek Golds, just don't have them scanned. Fairly certain I have a 1998 Topps Stars Supernovas /5 as well, unscanned.

Would be pretty sweet if we could complete the list AND have pictures for reference.... and would be even cooler if we could get no two pictures of the same player, i.e. the list would contain 25 pictures, each of a different player, this way many player collectors can contribute! That would just be cool to see, if for no other reason! I'm sure there are PC guys out there who have darn-near every card on the list! Here are the ones I have. Feel free to use whichever one if making a list with pictures :)

Love that idea. I was thinking the same thing.

Here's my contribution. I need to fix my scanner, but here's a temporary pic for the possible project. Anyone good at photoshop? It would be cool to put this together.

Just thought of one I don't think has been mentioned, but it's an odd serial #ed set.

1999 Black Diamond Mystery Numbers Emerald - 30 players, card #1 Babe Ruth is serial #ed 1/1, card #2 Ken Griffey Jr. is serial #ed /2, card #3 Kerry Wood is serial #ed /3, etc.. to card #30 Craig Biggio serial #ed /30.

This ones and odd ball set......1998 Pinnacle Summit Seasonal Outburst cards numbered to the home runs the player hit the year before! Cal Ripken Jr. only had 17 home runs in 1997.....I have his 14/17 in my private collection!! Best regards, David

1999 UD Black Diamond Mystery Numbers Emerald Parallel

There are 10 players [in order] that have an Emerald parallel numbered to 10 or less: Ruth, Griffey, Kerry Wood, McGwire, ARod, Chipper, Nomar, Jeter, Piaza, Clemens

Solid Silvers for NHL , 96-97 NFL and 97-98 MLB never had a mintage number anywhere. Pinnacle never released how many of each player were made. They did make one for all 30 players , at least for MLB. It is believed there were 20-25 of each player made but that’s conjecture mainly. Only the artist proof coins were individually numbered and that’s for NFL, the MLB artist proofs had the same numbers stating “1-250 Nickel coins , 1 of 100 Gold plate and 1 of 500 brass”.
