Castro and Thole not far behind

You never know who's closest to playing. Avila came out of nowhere for the Tigers. I'm sure he has a lot to learn as far as calling games, but his defense and arm looked pretty good for someone fresh out of the minors. Hitting wise he was pretty impressive too. But that's in comparison to watching Laird all season. :lol:
