I'm very surprised to see Satchel that high.

yeah I probably would have put Cobb there, but I dont see how its possible to have all 5 of the best be hitters.. . esp. with the load old pitchers carried. Walter is a more popular pick but Paige is right up there with him.

Negative. Bonds was a great player pre-roids, but he wouldn't have the numbers he had had he not juiced up.

My top five?

1 - Babe Ruth
2 - Ted Williams (Lost 5 years due to military service - WW2 and Korean War)
3 - Willie Mays (Lost 2 years due to military service - Korean War)
4 - Ty Cobb
5 - Walter Johnson

I will just write you off as misinformed. If you give all the credit for bonds accomplishments to steriods, that is just an excuse. You already didn't like the guy, and now have an invalid excuse to write him off. Out of the thousands of players that used, why did noone else approach bonds #s? Bonds must have had better drugs? Let the hatetext hate, so be it, but bonds is the greatest baseball player you jager ever seen. Like it or not.
