I can give the 5 names I think of when I think speed:

People sleep on Podsednik and Pierre (probably because of their advanced age) but they are still tearing up the base paths.
Pagan is very underrated, Borbon hardly gets on base, but when he does, watch out and Bourn has been a speed machine since he has stepped foot on a major league diamond.
