Topps blank back cards

So i just did a search and found a 2010 topps blank back card of erick aybar that isnt numbered or anything. I bought the actuall 1/1 aftermarket blank back card from topps about a month ago. Other than the COA from topps. What is keeping someone from buying this card and scribbling 1/1 on the back of it.

(also i know its erick aybar and his cards have about the same value as dead leaves but say for instance some of the bigger name players cards start to surface with blank backs)

Just something i find a little annoying

Topps only makes one blank back of each card, so there aren't any others to write 1/1 on. If they ever released more after the fact, a lot of collectors will be angry.
