I just received a 1973 Jim Barr from Topps. Came 2 months after I requested and got all my other cards. Why would Topps issue secondary cards they don't currently own and then back order them? Oh right its Topps, the company that just recently printed the last of all the 2011 eTopps cards which were sold back in April of '11.

my other backordered card, 1978 topps francisco barrios, came 2 months after the rest of the order arrived. for keeping cards in a temperature and secure facility, I don't know why there has to be any cards on backorder other than Topps lies yet again.

1971topps torborg is still outstanding at 4 months from that same delivery order. I suppose I should call up topps and get the same answer just for kicks and find out why they aren't making an effort to acquire the card in the secondary market 3 months after I last spoke to them.

i know there are some FCB members that can send it to me, but that's not the thing. I want Topps to make good in some way as they are legally responsible to send it to me or make good in other ways.

Call and ask for Vincent, he's the only guy there that I have dealt with that seems to give a squat and has done what he said he'd do. I am almost sure his name is Vincent, if they say no one works there named Vincent just PM me, I have his name written down at work
