Maybe it's just me, but I'm getting bored with the "silver" Topps Chrome color scheme. Now, I understand that the actual color "chrome" is simply a variation of silver, but I always liked the white background over the silver. Maybe it's because 2005 TC is my favorite, or maybe it's because I generally collect Bowman Chrome, and they're white; or maybe, like I said, it's just me.

I agree whole heartedly. To nee the current chrome looks like XXXX.

Diecuts look boss! Dude, I'm loving the diecut stuff and with panini putting out a lot of acetate(albeit mostly football) my wallet is certainly feeling it!

Maybe they're starting to pay attention to what they tweet out. They often tweet pics of screwed up cards when "showing off" new releases. Smudged autos, crooked stickers, chipped cards, cut-off cuts, and on and on just setting themselves up for mockery

That Harper die cut is sick.
Topps fail on that Fernandez, but it is nice looking with the orange border.

Only the last year and this year have had the silver borders. I wasn't collecting before 2010, but 2010 and 2011 have the white borders

Oh, Mariners logo. Finally got it.

Another year, another year of delicious-looking candy-colored borders. They should just print a set with 15 sweet colored borders of equal scarcity. Opening a pack would be like opening a bag of jelly beans. Or glass gem corn.
