Got my 2015 topps J.P. Crawford redemption in the mail today and went to redeem it and asked for my password. Well it said no. I requested it to be sent to me and nothing was ever sent. I seem to remember this being the case before. now I have to wait till Monday to call them.... Thanks again Topps...

i tryed to log in and my password isnt working. This happened a few years back and when I requested a new one sent it never came. This was a few years back so guess they never fixed it. And yup i checked my spam. But i did alot of digging and found the password.

No because years back they told me there program is screwed up that allows them to send people there password when they forget it. Years later they still have not fixed it.
