A little over a year ago, Topps revamped their redemption process where you have to 're-sign up' and link your old account to the new account. I thought I did just that. Go today to check on it and nothing. No account made. I tried to make another account with the same email address I used with the old account and I keep getting 'Account Already exists' message.
Do I call customer service and sit on hold to try and resolve or am I TSOL?
