Topps redemption question

I know these redemptions take a notoriously long time, almost lucky to get them at all. I had a few Tyrell Sutton Bowman Draft redemptions that took about 5 months to change status. They switched to shipped almost 4 weeks ago, but still nothing in the mail. Did I miss something, or is this the usual for Topps? I moved during the redemption period, but updated my address a long time ago.

I haven't contacted them yet, but I guess that's the next move unless you guys think the 'shipped' time takes a while.
