TOPPS REDEMPTIONS - What a joke of this hobby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have several redemptions that I recently scratched off and none of them state as card exists. Get going Topps, do not put redemptions in products #1 that cannot be redeemed when product hits store shelves and #2 do not make redemptions of JERSEY or BAT CARDS.

I emailed topps about why they inserted Redemptions for Ryan Braun Relic Cards in this product. There response?

They said that Ryan Braun's Bat got suck at FedEx.

I'm still waiting on my 2011 Triple Threads redemptions that I submitted withing 2 weeks of the product release. Not sure how long ago that was, but it has been a while!

I forgot to add. It is unsure if the authenticity of the Ryan Braun Bat cards will be valid.

Are there aspects of redemptions that suck? Yes. But they make the product better. I would rather have to redeem a card of a star player than have Topps scrap that card altogether because the player doesn't return it in time to pack it out.

Maybe new employees were the source of the problem. It says the Gypsy Queen codes are loaded already so it sounds like they're getting caught up. Has anyone tried to redeem anything from Gypsy Queen yet?

I finally received four Gorkys Hernandez autos from 2010 Platinum...I redeemed them shortly after the release! Can't believe I actually got anything!

I requested a replacement for this card in December and still have not received anything. I called Topps and they said the fulfillment center was trying to find a suitable replacement.

I'm still waiting for a redemption from 2011 Tribute. The Topps rep said they are trying to work out a time for a signing with the player. This is a Yogi auto that I want for the PC.

So they can't even find a replacement for a card that they actually now have in-hand and are shipping. As if they don't have loads of crap autos laying around to replace it with! Ridiculous!

havent got my gorkys yet says shipped 5.21/11 also waiting on a bubba starling auto from bowman chrome says shipped 7/12/12 i really hope i get something, the tracking number on the bubba doesnt work either.

Braun seems to have a lot of issues with FedEx...

Seriously though, I don't see the redemptions themselves being the issue, but rather the way Topps goes about issuing them/redeeming them/etc. It's a great business method for all parties involved WHEN DONE PROPERLY. It just seems Topps has yet to work the kinks out of their system...

I have a redemption and mine as well says the code doesnt exist. I called topps twice now they told me last week by last friday, nothing. I called back they said by close on monday they would be in the system but you guessed it nothing. and still nothing.
