Topps Replacement Mailday> You let me know!!

So last week I called Topps about 2 late redemptions. I knew going in to the call that the "replacement" staff was let go and that there would be months delay..
I asked for Nolan Ryan, Seaver, Piazza, carter, or any Mets or Hall of Famers.
So 7 days later a package arrives from Topps with my replacements. WOW a week!!

2012 Five Star Baseball Dual Signature Patch Book Adrian Gonzalez & Dustin Pedroia /10

2012 Topps Tribute Encase Nolan Ryan Rangers Autograph /99
At first I was mad about the Nolan for a dual book auto patch /10. Then I see the Nolan sells above the $100 mark. So I am thinking its pretty fair. (considering the dual auto Pedroia / Gonzalez book sells for $60 range) Not a Met but he is a HOFer so they did hit this one.
As for the Nunez for Miley I have no idea. (Not a Met but I guess it will do being a NY team).

Considering some of the other Topps replacement fiascos, I'd consider your replacements decent. IMO, the Nunez is probably less desirable than the Miley but the Ryan is certainly more desirable (PC concerns notwithstanding).

Seriously I'd say you did okay though the booklet card seems like its be pretty cool. It could have been much worse.

I won't play their game...subsequently I've missed some awesome PC items, but I've been saved the heartache of this game too. At least it's a HOFer!
