Topps Replacement Mailday...You tell Me!

Ok tired of waiting for redemptions that will NEVER get made I finally asked for replacements so I could get some closure (some date back to 2011). Spoke to a very nice guy at Topps that worked with me to find them in the system and mark them for replacement. (Still have a ton outstanding but holding out a little more hope for them!) 7 cards were to be replaced, ONLY 6 cards came. Great more fun on hold! My preference for replacements were Mets (Wright, Seaver, Mays, any Met!) or a Griffey. Told it would take 3-5 weeks to arrive. So 1 day shy of 5 weeks a package comes from Topps.
**Note EVERY single card was NOT in a soft sleeve, just bouncing around inside the top loader!! Each card had a letter wrapped around it so you knew what card it was replacing.

Here are the replacements. LMK what you think of them (good or bad).

To me looks like they cleaned house of their 2011 crap stock and dumped it on me. I waited 2 years for crap replacements! Thanks for the wait!
Then a GOLD autograph relic of a Hall of Famer Ozzie Smith, then you decided to honor my Mets request with a $30 Wright auto to /99??

WOW, just WOW. After my initial phone call I sang the praises of Topps CS on the boards and Twitter. It was a really nice experience. Now 5 weeks later and waiting years for replacements?? Not so nice.

**I would have been happy with $3 autographs of Mets Duda, Murphy, Thole, or Tejada, but I guess they dumped them on someone else!!

Bottom line is Topps is probably the worst when it comes to Customer Service.
An even bigger problem is they don't seem to care that they suck.

I just don't know why they even bother asking what your preferences are. They end up being so far off the mark it's not even in the same ballpark as what you wanted. It's dumb, creates false hope, and is a waste of time!

3 of them look like nice upgrades. The 2 Valencia replacements are pretty much crap for crap. The Ozzie for D Wright...I wouldn't be happy about that one.

You did better than me on the Brandon Guyer replacement. I got a Chevez Clarke Bowman (retail) paper auto. At least you got a Chrome auto (even if it is just Dee Gordon).

topps is the worst with redemptions and totally ridiculous with there replacements . one or two you got were ok, but you got hosed with the wright and the two valencia's.

I'm still waiting to hear ANYTHING from them about getting screwed in the Diamond Giveaway promotion. I won a 1960 Topps Hank Aaron and was sent a letter saying it was on back order and was given a common 1959 Topps card as a replacement. How a 51 year old card can be on back order, especially when I see copies all the time on eBay and at shows, is beyond me.
