Topps Replacement Question

So I'm looking for some advice on this situation. I had two 2011 Topps Chrome Freddie Freeman base chrome auto redemptions in at topps. I just redeemed them recently. Yesterday, I received two Brandon Beachy base chrome autos from the same set. Based on Ebay sales, Beachy is lower than Freeman. Do you think it's worth my time to try and call topps and get a better replacement? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, send them 2 emails and post on their twitter and facebook. They'll probably ignore the emails and MIGHT anwser the tweeter or fbook posts.

You don't have to contact them, just write a note on the bottom of that piece of paper that they send you in the package that the replacements are unacceptable and send them back. I always put a few suggestions on there to help steer them in the right direction and they usually try to accommodate. I sent cards back 5 times for one card because they kept sending me a $35 card to replace a $75 card, they finally sent me a $90 card and a note basically saying "take it or leave it, *******!"

I pulled a 1/1 Turkey Red Suede Auto which they replaced with a Heritage red auto.
