Topps SCOUT AUTO Replacement

Received a package from the "Tristar Fulfillment Service" today... couldn't remember sending anything out so I figured it was something of little consequence. Turned out our buddy Jerome Cochran, world-class scout that he is, couldn't take time out of his busy schedule to sign his autograph for Topps. Despite my disappointment, I was happy to see an autograph of (shock) an actual relevant baseball person. No idea what this card is or where it's from, but I'll certainly take it over Cochran. It is available if anyone is interested:

I'm not much of a Pinella fan but yeah, anything is better than a Scout Auto.

The replacement set looks really nicer than many, if not most, of their regular issues. I had seen a similar Dawson earlier. I wonder which other guys are part of the set?
