Topps Supreme Group Break results - Colts!

I was able to get the Colts in a Topps Supreme 2 case group break that was busted last night and I had some awesome hits including an Andrew Luck base auto /25, TY Hilton auto, a 8 player booklet card of jerseys from Luck, RG3, Doug Martin, etc, and we ended up pulling this card from one of the last few boxes. Is this card what I think it is? I'm thinking its for a 1/1 signed FULL jersey of Andrew Luck. Can anyone confirm? What do you guys think this will be worth?

Hope it's a jersey- but it won't be game used- probably "event used" or maybe just a disappointing mini helmet....Good "Luck"...!!!!
