Haven't heard anything about a delay in Museum Collection but you're right it'd be stupid for both those products to release anywhere near each other.

Museum Collection and Tribute have different audiences/buyers in my opinion. One is a high tier and the other mid tier. It wouldn't matter even if they released 1 week from one another.
