Topps announces the player redeemable for the 2009 Topps Finest Baseball Redemption # 1 is Matt LaPorta, Outfield, Cleveland Indians. (attached)



Throughout the 2009 Major League Baseball season, Topps will announce the subjects for the 10-card Rookie Redemption set. Each Master Box of Topps Finest includes one Rookie Redemption. In addition, collectors can also find redemptions for Refractor (#’d to 199) and Gold Refractor (#’d to 50) versions.

BOY am I glad I did not trade that card now. Interesting how quick they made him #1. Now I wonder who will be #3. I got that one too. To the bay with it.
