There's 7 copies of the 1990 Bowman Tiffany on COMC right now, starting at a buck. Think I got mine off of there for a quarter.

What's the deal with the 1989 OPC? Is it a wrong-back error? Never heard of this being an issue before.

Biggio is not in the 1989 O-Pee-Chee set. The 1989 OPC set is one of the half-size sets with just 396 cards. Card 49 is Alan Trammell. A few sites have the checklist wrong. I just fixed it on SCF's Inventory Manager after confirming it (there's a scan on TradingCardDb.com).

It was in one of two sets put out by the forestry people in Texas. One was of the original Colt .45s and the other was of current players. I've found them by searching "1989 Smokey the Bear Astros" before. Not incredibly rare but might take you a while to find.

Anyone have any info on this?

Besides the 1989 Topps Tiffany, thats the last card I need to complete 1989 for Biggio
Have you checked COMCs and/or sportlots? I'm sure you can fill a lot of holes in your collection for cheap buy going through those sites and picking off the low hanging fruit.

I don't think they're serial numbered but one of the toughest cards to find non-serial numbered are the Instant Winners from Collector's Choice... never seen a Belle.
