This trade is a bust. Boomets has already made another deal to send the Garland to another trader.

I would like to know if I am entitled to this trade being completed or if there is some punishment that can be handed to boomets.

He PMed me telling me "I cant find the Garland"...This trader is what makes online trading difficult for the rest of us. What can be done?
