Trade Help Needed! Ichiro 1/1

Was offered this deal and would appreciate some input and what value the ichiro holds.

Al Kaline 08 premier manufactured patch auto /23
Willy McCovey 08 premier manufactured patch auto /25
Ryan Braun/Hunter Pence topps 52 rookie dual auto /25
Aaron poreda 07 sterling auto

I get:
Ichiro topps tribute single jersey red 1/1
Whitey Ford topps sterling quad jersey /10
CC Sabathia donruss threads dual jersey auto

You've got two HOFer autos, and what is probably a nice looking dual auto of two of the biggest young stars...all for an Ichiro jersey 1/1, a HOF jersey and a CC auto?? No...

The Braun/Pence dual auto is a truly rare card to run across. The manufactured patch autos dont do much for me. I'm sure if you were looking to flip the Ichiro, you might get some decent coin from overseas bidding. The Ford is ok but I'd give it a 5/10 at best. The CC is ok as well but I would only want an auto of him in a Yankees uniform. Overall, you might make out on the deal if you were to do it but remember that set collectors might be willing to pay you more for the stuff you are giving up rather than what you are getting.

I wouldn't. I've seen that Braun / Pence you've got. That bad boy is nasty. And like Brian said, only if you were looking to sell the Ichiro would I even mildly consider it.

Yeah. I have only seen two of the Braun/Pence dual cross ebay over the past three years the product has been out. Well the manufactured are not the greatest I would have to estimate they would sell around 30ish. I think I may try for a better auto then the CC.

Thanks If I were to make any kind of deal I would probably end up selling the Ichiro. The base version got around 215$ on the bay.

I would definitely keep your cards rather than trade them for that package. The dual auto sounds awesome.

I would in a second, as OP said, the Braun/Pence is what a $30 card? Why are you guys getting hung up on it? It's a 2007 'RC' and since Braun has 2005 BC (that also isn't selling for much) and there are 11 other 2007 Braun/Pence combo auto cards the Ichiro is BY FAR a better card. If we are talking better looking cards to keep for PC it may be different but every trade I've always made was done so based on value. IMO I would be surprised if the other person accepts this deal, if they do welcome Ichiro home.

EDIT, I wouldn't put the value of the Ichiro too much more than the non jsy card,probably around the same, maybe $250 market value.

If I'm getting the Ichiro to sell, I do it.

The Kaline and McCovey, while HOFers, aren't commanding huge money, particularly with manufactured patches and sticker autos. Poreda is an afterthought in this deal.

Same with the Sabathia. The Ford might get some interest. It's basically the dual for the Ichiro. I don't track these, but do the duals get $200+? That's what it comes down to.

I make the deal. Then again, I make stupid decisions all the time.

Yup - I have 4 of the duals. 9 were on the checklist, but 2 were not produced.

Awesome Job I thought the dual was rare, as I have only seen two others on ebay after the release.
